About Nandolle Villa
A 5 Star Converted Farmhouse, Northern Dordogne, France
Standing in a commanding position in the Dordogne landscape, towards the top of a gentle hill and set in its own one acre garden surrounded by farmland, the house and pool are totally private. The area containing the swimming pool is completely walled, providing cosiness and privacy, with the wall overlooking the valley slightly lowered to provide a magnificent view.
The ground floor of the house has good wheelchair accessibility and is all on one level. The second lounge on the ground floor has a king sized double bed and very comfortable bed settee and en-suite bathroom which leads onto the poolside patio area – this makes the property wheelchair friendly. The farmhouse is suitable for children.
Kitchen and Dining - The kitchen contains a sink and drainer, dishwasher, hob and oven, a nearly full height fridge and microwave together with cutlery drawers and cupboards to store sauce pans etc. The dining table seats 12 and there is a further table in the kitchen area which seats another 3 making 15 in total. Also in this area is the internet and Wi-Fi which is free of charge to guests.
Lounge - There is a traditional Dordogne fireplace made out of local limestone which is very large. The lounge area contains a couple of arm chairs together with a bed settee and also in this area is a large LED TV, DVD player and hi-fi system.
Second Lounge/Bedroom - This large space is a bedroom or second lounge incorporating an en-suite bathroom containing a full sized bath with shower over, toilet, bidet and pedestal wash basin. The bedroom comprises king size bed, a bed settee which will sleep 2 together with a further hi-fi system, wardrobes, bedside table, coffee table etc. A French window leads out on to the pool area.

Huge Pool - Completely walled patio is a star attraction with a 2.2m deep 15m x 5m wide pool.
Large Terrace & BBQ - A large patio area which contains a pergola and a table to seat 8-10, a bbq and 10-12 sun loungers. Along the north face of the house is a patio which looks out over the beautiful local countryside and the patio has an outside table tennis table and 2 picnic benches which can be used for dining/drinks.
Gardens - The gardens extend to approximately 1 acre.
