Nandolle cottage is separate from Nandolle house.

You enter the property via the front door, which leads directly into the kitchen/living/dining area, containing a kitchen sufficient for two with fridge, dishwasher, oven, hob and microwave.

The living room area has a log burner stove, seating for 2-4 and a lounge bed settee. There is a TV on the wall, which receives Freeview TV.

Leading off this area is a small lobby, which gives access to a separate bathroom containing a full sized bath with shower over, basin and toilet and a bedroom for two with a king sized bed.

The bedroom has views over the countryside out of two windows and the bathroom also has nice views from a single window. There is also a cupboard off containing a hot water tank, the fuse board and a washing machine.

Outside there is a private patio with a privacy screen and this contains four chairs together with two sun loungers. There is also a bbq. There is a gate from the private patio leading down to a lawned area which can be enjoyed in addition.

There is adequate parking for one or two cars to the front of the property.

Please note there is no access to the pool from the cottage if it is booked separately. There is also no wi-fi in the cottage but most modern Smart ‘phones can work well without.

It is possible to access the cottage with a wheelchair but the interior is compact and it is not, therefore, especially wheelchair friendly.

It is possible to book the cottage and the house together as there is often a requirement for relatives who would wish to stay separately.

Obviously if they are booked together then the occupants of the cottage, with the permission of the occupants in the house, would be able to use the swimming pool and other facilities.
